If the car is returned more than 1 minute over 29 minutes late from the agreed time of return in the booking, a full day's rental is applied. Customers are also advised to check the condition of the vehicle prior to leaving the keys at the counter. Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank, unless the full-tank option was purchased at check-out. Otherwise, Europcar will charge for missing fuel at the end of the rental. As for the shipping policy, Europcar does not appear to have one as they are a car rental service and do not ship products.
